Discuss any difficulties or frustrations. I’m not a patient person and can’t wait for anything. I like to get things over with.
Discuss your recent successes. I finished the Oatmeal chocolate chips cookies.
Discuss what you might do differently next time. I'll try to be patient and look at the cookies after a few minutes to make sure nothing happens to it. I kinda had my mom look after i put it in the oven.
Discuss how someone helped you. My dad and i went thought the whole thing together. he made sure that i was paying attention.
Discuss your research process. I found some good website that could help me with baking. some of them had some good recipes. They also had some good choices that i could pick from.
Discuss things you might be having trouble with. I may have trouble with following the recipes the right way because i like doing it my own way. If i do it my way then something goes wrong.
Discuss the steps you plan to take. The only steps ill be taking will be the recipes.
Discuss your feelings about the project. I like this project because we get to do something outside and inside of school. my mostly has to do with outside of school.
Discuss questions you have about the project. Can i be able to change the things i want to bake while doing the same project.
Discuss what scares you about the project. That i bring something to school and it is not good because of something i did. 😐😐. That would be bad.
Discuss what is exciting about the project. I get to eat what i bake.
Discuss how this project connects to your past, present or future. It may  help me be a good baker.
Discuss how this project impacts others. It will help me with baking.
Discuss how you are working with others. I'm working with my dad. i could ask some of my friends to help me bake.
Discuss new skills you need to learn. Being patient.
Discuss your limitations and how you plan to overcome them. Work more on my baking.
Discuss how this project could lead to a career. I don't really want to be a cook so this may not help.
Discuss how your family or upbringing has or has not prepared you for this project. My mom has dragged me into cooking but i stay out of that.

I started out with the ones that has the mix's in the bag because i wanted to make the first one easy and go on making the rest with my hands.

                  For the recipes i used:

                  The cookie mix.
                  One egg.

                  [2/10/17]
                  [Fredrica Coggins]
                  Proposal: [The start of Baking]
                  [The start of Baking]
                  Needs and Opportunities
Are you solving a problem for yourself or others? How will this project be a learning and growing experience? What is your goal? I’m solving a problem for myself. I’ll be learning how to bake more and I hope it leads to cooking. To lead somehow to cooking.
                  Audience / Clients / Users
Explain who will benefit from your project. Who is your audience – who might be interested in following your blog and learning about your project? Mostly me and my mom because she is always telling me to help her cook. People who only like baking and think that is going to help learn how to cooking.
                  Mentors
Who can help you with this project? Who will you need to contact and what will you ask them to commit to in helping you? My dad may be the best person to help me. My dad can also get the things I need.
                  Timeline
What is your monthly timeline for this project? I want to see a list of deliverable with deadlines. You may find that the timeline needs adjustment during the course of the year, which may be fine. Check in with me if that’s the case.

May 5 (Prep for Presentation Day)
                  Make a power point
                  May 12 (Presentation Day)
                  Take something for sample

                  Product
What is the actual product you will show this spring? This project may or may not be made of atoms or bits, but you must have something to show. I’m not interested seeing a bunch of great ideas at the end of the year. I want to see things. What I’ve learned. The closer I’m to actually cooking. I’m going to make a power to show my progress.
                  Technology
You will have to use technology in some way on presentation day – think about how you can use the tools available to add life into your project and enhance what you are doing. (Video, laptops, apps, cell phones, music, etc.) some pictures, power points.
                  Reality Check
I am looking for you to shoot for the moon here and do anything you can dream of, but even moonshots need budgets. What equipment are you going to need? What other capital expenditures do you anticipate, and how will you meet them? Baking things, I can also get my dad to help me.
                  Possible Roadblocks
What other roadblocks can you predict – time, resources, motivation etc. Explain what you might do when you come to each roadblock to reach your goal. The time might be a problem because of school and homework.
                  Conclusion
Wrap it up. Why are you fired up about this project? Inspire me to support you, and give me a great reason to approve your project. I’m going keep what I learned and maybe use it some else. I want to learn and maybe do something in my house other than read.
